I recently attended a Women's weekend with the fabulous ladies of my church. One of the first speakers was a wonderful woman of God. What she said was powerful. She had a word from the Lord that hit us all where we lived. It was so good. She was told by the Lord that there were women who needed to make the choice between life and death. Others who had been given a word, a promise from the Lord and needed to hold on to it. And yet others who needed to shout!!! I had made the decision of Life some years earlier, but for me I knew it was time to make the walk to the alter because I had heard things from the Lord. We came together and stood on that word in prayer. I also went because I knew it was my time to shout. Now, my problems were not all solved when I believed the word from God, yet I shouted as if they were. The walls of Jericho were not down, yet the children of Israel shouted as if they were. To call those things that are not as if they are. That is why we need to shout. Shout to the heavens. Shout Hallelujah to the Lord for what He is doing now. Let me tell you all that if there is something you are facing that seems to be never ending, too far gone, and you have been on your face with your God and nothing seems to be working, SHOUT!
Do not misinterpret what I am saying, prayer and supplication are paramount, and I do not mean to insinuate that it does no good. Just that I believe and am persuaded that the Lord is waiting for His people to shout. For His children to believe on Him to such a degree that no matter the circumstances we will not be shaken or moved by them. That we will live as the over comers He has made us. That we would be able to have a shout on our lips and a song of praise in our hearts. He tells us to not worry, to not fear, to be of good cheer, the war is won, the battle is over, the storm is calmed, all is done. So SHOUT!!!!!!!!!!
So where are you?
Are you one who needs to make the decision? If you are then rest assured that Jesus is waiting to fill you with His undying, unfailing love.
Have you a word you need to hold on to? If so, rest assured that He who begun a good work in you is faithful to finish it.
If you need to shout? Let it out.!!!!!
God Bless you all.
